The annual MICCAI conference is a forum for world leading biomedical scientists, engineers, and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines associated with medical imaging and computer assisted intervention. MICCAI 2024 includes five days of presentations and poster sessions as well as satellite events like workshops, tutorials, and challenges.

KI.SH: An open network for artificial intelligence in Schleswig-Holstein Artificial intelligence applications and technologies are increasingly finding their way into our lives. This also opens up considerable economic opportunities for companies in the North. In order to make better use of these opportunities, KI.SH (Artificial Intelligence in Schleswig-Holstein) aims to provide an open network that promotes the spread of AI applications and technologies in Schleswig-Holstein and facilitates access to science and the latest research.

With stimulating presentations, discussions, networking and insights into the latest developments in the field of AI in healthcare, KI-MED Connect brings together experts from companies, universities and hospitals to discuss various topics relating to AI in healthcare. Topics include data acquisition, compliance/standards and guidelines, ethical aspects, explainable AI, anonymization, validation and verification as well as transparency and high-performance computing.

The Eurographics Symposium on Visual Computing for Biology and Medicine, is an annual event addressing the state of the art in visual computing research with a strong focus on applications in biology and medicine. It provides an interdisciplinary forum for experts from visualization, visual analytics, computer graphics, image processing, computer vision, human computer interfaces as well as experts from biology and medicine, jointly working on next generation visual computing solutions for medicine, healthcare and the biotechnology sector.

The first in-person ESMRMB annual meeting since 2019 will be held in Basel on October 4-7. In addition to your scientific contributions, the packed three-day program consists of educational sessions, collaboration sessions, plenary sessions and, debate on current issues. The European Society of Pathology (ESP) and the Italian Society of Pathology are hosting the 36th European Congress of Pathology (ECP 2024) in Florence, Italy, from September 7 – 11. The ECP has become the worldwide leading congress in Pathology and the Florence congress will increase this legacy with top contributions in diagnostic training, research and education.

Founded in 2001, the conference series “Mensch und Computer” (Human and Computer) is the largest conference series on human-computer interaction in Europe. The “Mensch und Computer” (MuC) offers participants from science and industry a platform for contributions and discussions on innovative forms of interaction between humans and digital technology, human-centered development methods, interactive applications and other topics between users, teams and communities on the one hand and the information and communication technologies used on the other.

The WCCM-PANACM Congress 2024 which is going to provide a world-class showcase for the latest cutting-edge research and development in computational mechanics, is co-organized by the International Association for Computational Mechanics (IACM) and the Canadian Association for Computational Science and Engineering (CACSE).
