The BVM Workshop 2024 is an event of the Pattern Recognition Lab of FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. The aim of the workshop is to present current research results and to deepen the discussions between medical as well as technical scientists, industry and users.

Die Lübeck Summer Academy on Medical Technology ist eine Tagungsreihe, die weit über den Medizintechnikstandort Lübeck hinaus wirkt. Bereits zum 12. Mal diskutieren Partner aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft bei der Lübecker Sommerakademie am 9. Oktober 2023 aktuelle Themen der Medizintechnik. Im Mittelpunkt stehen in diesem Jahr regulatorische Aspekte der Medizintechnik und das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz.

The annual MICCAI conference is a forum for world leading biomedical scientists, engineers, and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines associated with medical imaging and computer assisted intervention. MICCAI 2023 includes five days of presentations and poster sessions as well as satellite events like workshops, tutorials, and challenges. The 26rd annual conference wil be held in Vancouver, Canada.

Der rasant wachsende Einfluß der Künstlichen Intelligenz auf die bildgebende Medizin steht im Mittelpunkt der diesährigen Herbsttagung der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Klinische Pathologie und Molekularpathologie. Das Feld der KI breitet sich revolutionär von auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise generierten Bildern bis hin zur Bilderkennung und Klassifikation von Erkrankungen aus und soll vor allem als Hilfsmittel bei der Differenzierung zwischen Tumor und nicht-neoplastischem Gewebe helfen. Letztes ist besonders für die Pathologie von unschätzbarer Bedeutung.

The 18th annual conference of the Guidelines International Network will be held in the Strathclyde University Technology & Innovation Centre.
