The International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) is a multi-disciplinary nonprofit association that promotes innovation, development, and application of magnetic resonance techniques in medicine and biology worldwide.

The 35th Annual Meeting is a conference and exhibition to be held in Cape Town, South Africa from May 9–14, 2026.
